Product Features
1. The valve body is entirely made of precision castings, with secondary shot blasting treatment, fine appearance, no sand holes, and each batch of castings has a traceable furnace number.
2. The gate plate undergoes 3 times grinding and 5 times polishing to ensure a tight fit between the gate plate and the valve body, guaranteeing its sealing performance.
3. The valve stem is equipped with bearings and a safety dust cover to protect the bearings, reduce friction, prevent deformation of the valve stem, and increase service life.
4. The upper packing uses a PTFE rubber encapsulated seal, which can increase elasticity and reduce leakage at the upper seal.
5. The valve seat U-shaped sealing ring is reinforced with steel wire to ensure the connection between the valve seat and the valve body, making it less likely to fall off.
6. The valve body is coated with powdered epoxy resin electrostatically, with a spraying thickness of 250um, effectively preventing corrosion and rust caused by contact with the medium, and can be used in wastewater systems.
