Product Features
1. The valve body is precision cast, with secondary shot blasting treatment, fine appearance, and no sand holes.
2. Internal components are processed by CNC precision equipment to ensure accuracy.
3. The valve body is solid and heavy.
4. The contact area between the valve cover and the valve stem is treated with reverse sealing to prevent leakage.
5. Each valve body undergoes surface acid pickling and passivation treatment, giving the casting a uniform silver-white luster, maintaining metallic sheen, and improving corrosion resistance.
6. Each valve is subjected to double pressure testing of the shell and seal according to national standards before leaving the factory.
