Product Features
1. The valve body is precision cast, made of WCB material, with a fine appearance and no sand holes.
2. Internal components are processed by CNC lathes, and the appearance is polished twice for aesthetic appeal.
3. The valve body is solid and heavy.
4. The valve seat is welded with Cr series stainless steel to increase wear resistance.
5. The contact area between the valve cover and the valve rod is treated with reverse sealing to prevent leakage.
6. The valve rod is processed by cyclone milling to avoid bending that leads to switching difficulties.
7. Each valve is tested for shell and sealing double pressure according to national standards before leaving the factory.
