Product Features
1. The cast iron valve body is made of HT200, fully complying with GB/T12226-2005 with tensile strength of 180~210Mpa.
2. The valve plate and seat are both welded with brass to enhance sealing and wear resistance.
3. Each product undergoes inspection for appearance, material, air tightness, pressure resistance, and shell, and unqualified products are strictly prohibited from leaving the factory.
4. The valve is first coated with primer and then with finish paint to ensure product appearance.
5. Quality inspection is conducted at every stage from blank to finished product packaging.
