Product Features
1. The valve body is entirely made of precision castings, with a fine appearance, no sand holes, and each batch of castings has a furnace number mark for easy production tracking.
2. The valve body is made of QT450-10 material, with a spheroidization rate of above level 3, and mechanical properties fully meet standards.
3. The inside and outside of the valve body are coated with powder epoxy resin electrostatically, which effectively prevents corrosion and rust caused by contact with the medium while improving adhesion, extending the product's lifespan by 1.5 times, with a coating thickness of over 250um.
4. The filter adopts a full-bore design, with the inlet size of the inner cavity being 1.2-1.3 times the nominal diameter, and the filter screen length is 1.5 times the conventional length, increasing flow and extending the cleaning cycle by 1 time.
5. The inner cavity is elongated, and the filter screen is installed at a 45° angle, achieving a total mesh area of 3-4 times the nominal diameter area, resulting in a larger flow area and a 20% reduction in pressure loss.
6. The filter screen is made of 304 material, fully welded after rolling, enhancing wear and corrosion resistance while preventing the filter screen from bursting and particle leakage.
