Product Features
1. The flange is treated with acid washing before spraying to improve paint adhesion and is not easily rusted in humid environments.
2. The flange spraying uses Akzo brand powder thermal spraying technology, with a spraying thickness of 250μm, adhesion level 0-1 pass, and impact strength of 50Kg.cm positive impact pass.
3. Imported EPDM rubber is used, with a rubber content of 45%, fully utilizing product performance, with resistance to tension, compression, aging, high temperature, and low temperature, resulting in a longer lifespan than ordinary rubber.
4. The thickness of the rubber ball's end faces is increased by 10mm, and a steel wire ring is added to prevent the sphere from being pulled off.
5. The arc radius of the forged surface inside the flange is R=67°, which reduces friction resistance between the flange and the rubber ball, preventing the sphere from being scratched.
