The valve body is made of QT450-10 material, with a spheroidization rate of no less than level 3, tensile strength of 450 MPa, and elongation greater than 10%. It is not easily torn or cracked, and will not break due to transportation, collision, or installation.

Product Features
1. The valve body is made of QT450-10 material, with a spheroidization rate of not less than level 3, tensile strength of 450Mpa, elongation greater than 10%, not easy to tear or crack, and will not break due to transportation, collision, or installation.
2. The inside and outside of the valve body are coated with powder epoxy resin electrostatically, with a spraying thickness of 250μm, effectively preventing corrosion and rust caused by contact between the valve body and the medium, and can be used in sewage systems.
3. The valve plate is fully wrapped with EPDM rubber, with a rubber content of 50%, and the connection between the rubber and the ductile iron gate plate is firm, not easy to fall off, thus ensuring stable sealing performance of the valve.
4. The valve stem is made of 2Cr13 material and adopts a three "0" type ring seal design. It can reduce friction resistance during switching, avoiding medium leakage.
5. The valve stem nut and positioning device are made of brass, allowing smoother switching and avoiding jamming during operation.
