Product Features
(1) Small size, light weight, compact structure, easy maintenance;
(2) The valve plate adopts a dual design, which can close quickly under the elastic torque of the spring;
(3) Due to the quick closure effect, it can prevent backflow of the medium and eliminate strong water hammer effects;
(4) The valve body has a small structural length and good rigidity, ensuring safety and reliability;
(5) Surface coating: uses epoxy resin powder spraying, with strong adhesion and good weather resistance, suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
(6) CNC machine tools grind the sealing surface of the valve body, ensuring good flatness and surface roughness, which guarantees zero pressure sealing of the butterfly check valve.
(7) The rubber and valve body use a vulcanization process, with bonding strength greater than 1.7Mpa, avoiding the phenomenon of the valve seat falling off during use.
