Product Features
(1) Simple and compact structure, quick opening and closing with 90° rotation, long service life, side flange can meet PN10, PN16, 150LB, 10K flanges;
(2) All products undergo pressure testing before leaving the factory: all products can provide factory pressure test reports;
(3) High-performance seat rubber: seat rubber has a rubber content of 50%, with a switching life of over 30,000 times;
(4) Axial sealing: the valve shaft is supported by 4 oil-free bearings, with a dual sealing structure of O-ring and oil seal, low torque, and reliable sealing;
(5) Surface coating: uses epoxy resin powder coating, strong adhesion, good weather resistance, suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
(6) Rounded Ductile Iron Handle: the handle material is made of ductile iron, which has better strength and corrosion resistance compared to stamped handles, making it more durable. The semi-circular handle design has no sharp edges and feels good.
(7) Anti-blowout structure design for the valve shaft: the pinless butterfly valve adopts an anti-blowout structure design, allowing for handle replacement under pressure.
