Product Features
(1) Simple and compact structure, quick opening and closing with 90° rotation, long service life, side flange can meet PN10, PN16, 150LB, 10K flanges;
(2) All products undergo pressure testing before leaving the factory: all products can provide factory pressure test reports;
(3) High-performance valve seat rubber: valve seat rubber contains 50% rubber content, with a switching life of over 30,000 times;
(4) Axial sealing: The valve shaft is supported by 4 oil-free bearings, with a dual sealing structure design of O-ring and oil seal, low torque, and reliable sealing;
(5) Surface coating: Uses epoxy resin powder spraying, strong adhesion, good weather resistance, suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
(6) The signal handle butterfly valve uses a handle plus stroke switch structure, which can feedback signals for both open and closed positions.
(7) The signal worm gear butterfly valve uses a worm gear head plus stroke switch or worm gear head plus limit switch structure to achieve model feedback for both open and closed positions.
