Product Features
(1) Simple and compact structure, quick opening and closing with 90° rotation, long service life; side flange can meet PN10, PN16, 150LB, 10K flange;
(2) All products undergo pressure testing before leaving the factory: all products can provide factory pressure test reports;
(3) High-performance valve seat rubber: valve seat rubber has a rubber content of 50%, with a switching life of over 30,000 times;
(4) Axial sealing: The valve shaft is supported by four oil-free bearings, with a dual sealing structure design of O-ring and oil seal, low torque, and reliable sealing; for large diameter valves above DN350, the upper and lower shaft holes adopt a packing box structure design, achieving sealing through compression of the packing.
(5) Surface coating: Uses epoxy resin powder spraying, strong adhesion, good weather resistance, suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
