Product Features
(1) Simple and compact structure, quick opening and closing with 90° rotation, long service life;
(2) All products undergo pressure testing before leaving the factory: all products can provide factory pressure test reports;
(3) High-performance seat rubber: the rubber content of the seat is 50%, with a switching life of over 30,000 times, and the rubber is bonded to the valve body through a vulcanization process, ensuring a tight bond that does not fall off;
(4) Axial sealing: the valve shaft has a dual sealing mechanism with an oil seal and O-ring design, low torque, and reliable sealing; for large diameter valves above DN350, the upper and lower shaft holes use packing box design, achieving sealing through compression of the packing.
(5) Surface coating: uses epoxy resin powder spraying, strong adhesion, good weather resistance, suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
