Product Features
(1) All products undergo factory pressure testing: All products can provide factory pressure test reports.
(2) High-performance seat rubber: The rubber content of the seat is 50%, with a switch life of over 30,000 times.
(3) Soft back seat: Compared to hard back seats, soft back seats have a wider contact surface with the pipeline flange, better sealing performance during installation, and do not require special flanges for butterfly valves.
(4) Axial sealing: The valve shaft is supported by four oil-free bearings, with a dual sealing structure design of O-ring and oil seal, resulting in lower torque and reliable sealing.
(5) Surface coating: Uses epoxy resin powder coating, with strong adhesion, good weather resistance, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
(6) Rounded ductile iron handle: The handle material is made of ductile iron, which is stronger and more corrosion-resistant than stamped handles, making it more durable. The semi-circular grip design has no sharp edges and feels good.
(7) Anti-blowout structure design of the valve shaft: The pinless butterfly valve adopts an anti-blowout structure design, allowing the handle to be replaced under pressure.
(8) Pinless structure, soft back seat, installation does not require any special equipment, convenient for maintenance and replacement of parts.
